First-Time Client Special
$20 off when you book within 24- hours of your Meet and Greet.
New clients who book within 24-hours of completing their Meet and Greet receive a $20 credit toward their first stay.

Bundle Packages
Purchase now. Schedule later. Use your visits anytime through end of the year.

These are best for families who book regularly or want stay credits ready and waiting.

Membership Packages
Membership packages provide consistent savings and enhanced care options.

Memberships are updated seasonally and are available through the Portal Pack or by request.

Wag Reserve. A separate refundable Incidental deposit is added to all stays.
(Refunds usually take three to five business days. Depending on your bank, it can take up to ten.)​

New clients:
Fit assessment required. Complete your meet & greet. If Fitz & Friendz is determined to be a fit for your pup's care needs, you'll then complete Paw Print Profile registration to activate your Portal Pack Member account.
Returning clients:
Log in anytime to book. Any eligible adjustments will be made before your payment is processed.

A note about exclusive perks:
Some specials are available to everyone, but full bundle pricing, package rates, and membership perks are reserved for official Fitz Fam Pack Members. To become a Pack Member, we first complete a Meet and Greet to make sure our services are a good fit for your pup’s care needs. If it’s a match, you’ll receive the Paw Print Profile link to set up your Portal Pack Member account. Once your account is active, you’ll have full access to all bundle options, stay credits, and member-only savings.
