Complimentary Meet & Greet:

Your Meet & Greet is our first opportunity to get acquainted, learn more about your pup, and determine whether Fitz & Friendz may be the right care environment for your family.
​
• Let’s Get Acquainted: We’ll talk about your pup’s personality, routines, care history, preferences, and your goals for care.
• Initial Observation: I’ll observe your pup’s communication style, comfort level, responsiveness, and behavior in a new environment. These observations help guide our next-step recommendations.
• Your Care Goals: Whether you’re exploring Developmental Daycare, boarding, or ongoing care, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for and any areas where your pup may benefit from additional support.
• Our Approach: You’ll learn more about Fitz & Friendz’s small-ratio, relationship-centered approach to care, including structured introductions, intentional rest, enrichment, and individualized support.
• Developmental Daycare Path: Families interested in Developmental Daycare will learn about our enrollment process, including the required Assessment Stay and how we determine the most appropriate care path for each dog.
• Questions & Next Steps: We’ll make time for your questions and, when appropriate, discuss recommendations and the next step in your pup’s Fitz & Friendz journey.
